Position details
- Full-time regional CDL Class A driver
- Home every week with a minimum 34-hour reset (typically two full days at home)
- Overnight travel 3–4 nights per week
Pay and benefits
- Drivers make $1,500–$3,000 per week depending on region
- $50 tax-free overnight per diem for each night away
- Paid time off after 90 days
- Health, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days
- 401(k) with company match after 90 days
- Assigned equipment — each driver has their own truck
Quarterly performance bonus
- Eligibility starts after six months of employment
- Based on accident-free driving, attendance, and on-time pickups and deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least two years of CDL driving experience
- Safe driving record
- Strong commitment to customer service and safety
